Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the <br />office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person firm <br />or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of University City <br />Municipal Code Sections 10.36.100, 10.36.160 or 10.48.030, nor bar the prosecution of <br />any such violation. <br />Section 5.
