From and after August 22, 2011, initially payable September 2, 2011, City employees in the unclassified service of the City, except as otherwise noted, shall receive as full compensation for their services the amounts hereinafter set forth,or where a grade in salary is specified, such amounts as may be fixed by the City Manager within the specified grade.
