From and after June 29, 1994,all full-time non-executive,non-administrative or non-professional employees shall be subject to the work week or work cycle and regulations relating to overtime work, except as noted. A listing of executive, administrative,and professionally designated employees or positions shall be issued by the City Manager. 1.
