21. Municipality hereby agrees that in conducting the program funded <br /> under the Act, no part of the program will involve political activities, and <br /> Municipality further agrees that neither the program nor the funds provided <br /> under the Agreement and Supplemental Cooperation Agreements, nor the <br /> personnel employed in the administration of the program shall be in any way or <br /> to any extent engaged in the conduct of political activities in contravention of <br /> Title 5, Chapter 15 of the United States Code. <br /> 22. County and Municipality agree to comply with the provisions of the <br /> National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Executive Order 11988 and 24 <br /> CFR Part 52 insofar as the provisions of such act apply to the activities listed <br /> in Supplemental Cooperation Agreements. County will assume responsibility <br /> for preparing Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact {' <br /> Statements as required. <br /> 23. Municipality agrees to comply with the relocation requirements of <br /> Title II and the acquisition requirements of Title III of the Uniform Relocation <br /> Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and <br /> implementing regulations in 24 CFR 42 as they apply to the activities listed in <br /> Supplemental Cooperation Agreements. <br /> 24. Municipality agrees to comply with 24 CFR Section 570.603: Labor <br /> Standards applicable to construction work financed in whole or in part with <br /> Community Development Block Grants. <br /> 13 <br />
