R106.2.90 Grading and drainage. The site plan shall provide sufficient detail to <br /> determine compliance with site grading and storm water drainage provisions of this <br /> Code and of applicable ordinances for the control, drainage and discharge of storm <br /> water. <br /> R106.90 Visits to site. When so directed by the Building Official or when required by <br /> the special inspection provisions of this Code, the registered design professional shall <br /> make visits to the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of the construction <br /> components requiring controlled materials; or to determine whether the work is <br /> proceeding in accordance with the construction of documents approved for the building <br /> permit. The registered design professional shall periodically submit reports to the Code <br /> official showing the results of such periodic visits. f' <br /> (SECTION R108 FEES) <br /> R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. Fees shall be required in accordance with the <br /> Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Energy Conservation, or other applicable <br /> code. <br /> R108.6 Work commencing before permit issuance. In case any work for which a <br /> permit is required by this Code is substantially started or proceeded without first <br /> obtaining said permit, the total normal fees applicable shall be increased by an amount <br /> equal to the permit fee; except that the surcharge amount shall not be less than $35.00 <br /> nor more than $1000.00 for each permit. <br /> (SECTION R109 INSPECTIONS) <br /> R109.1.5.90 Extra inspections. In addition to the inspections normally provided, the <br /> Building Official shall require that additional inspections or reinspections be conducted <br /> due to noncompliance with Code requirements or due to work which is not ready for <br /> inspection or not accessible for inspection at the time of a scheduled inspection. Fees F <br /> for such additional inspections shall be assessed and paid prior to scheduling the next <br /> inspection. <br /> R109.2 Inspection Agencies. The Building Official is authorized to accept reports of <br /> approved inspection agencies, provided such agencies satisfy the requirements as to <br /> qualification and reliability. All such reports must be received by the Department of <br /> Community Development within 72 hours of the inspection or as approved by the <br /> Building Official. All fees and costs related to the performance of special inspections <br /> services shall be the responsibility of the owner. <br /> R109.2.90 Third-party inspections.
