The installation, maintenance, extension or repair of processed drain systems, or <br /> piping, drains, drainage systems, or facilities for mechanical manufacturing, industrial <br /> processing refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, sprinkler or sprinkler system <br /> purposes, or parts, materials, devices or appurtenances in connection therewith or for <br /> the utilization or operation thereof, provided, however, final connection of any such , <br /> system or line to a water line containing potable water or to a drainage line containing <br /> any form of human waste shall be done by a licensed person as stated herein. <br /> i <br /> R191.3 Licensed contractors required to perform plumbing and drainlaying. No <br /> person who is not a licensed master plumber, a licensed journeyman, or a registered <br /> plumber apprentice working under the direction of a licensed master plumber shall <br /> engage in or perform any plumbing work with the exception of repairs which involve only <br /> the working parts of a faucet or valve; the clearance of stoppages; the installation of <br /> domestic water heaters; or the installation, maintenance, extension or repair of <br /> processed drains, processed drain facilities, processed drain systems, or piping, drains, <br /> drainage systems, or facilities for mechanical manufacturing, industrial processing, 1 <br /> refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, sprinkler or sprinkling system purposes, or parts, <br /> materials, devices or appurtenances in connection therewith or for the utilization or t <br /> operation thereof; provided, however, final connection of any such system or line to a <br /> drainage line containing any form of human waste shall be done by a licensed person f <br /> as stated herein.
