plumber apprentice working under the direction of a licensed master plumber shall <br /> engage in or perform any plumbing work with the exception of repairs which involve only <br /> the working parts of a faucet or valve; the clearance of stoppages; the installation of <br /> domestic water heaters; or the installation, maintenance, extension or repair of <br /> processed drains, processed drain facilities, processed drain systems, or piping, drains, <br /> drainage systems, or facilities for mechanical manufacturing, industrial processing, <br /> refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, sprinkler or sprinkling system purposes, or parts, <br /> materials, devices or appurtenances in connection therewith or for the utilization or <br /> operation thereof; provided, however, final connection of any such system or line to a <br /> drainage line containing any form of human waste shall be done by a licensed person <br /> as stated herein. No person who is not a licensed master drainlayer shall engage in the <br /> business of drainlaying. <br /> 191.4 Work by firms or corporations. Any firm or corporation engaged in the <br /> business of plumbing shall employ a master plumber, registered as herein provided, as <br /> a responsible official and permit applicant. Any firm or corporation engaged in the <br /> business of drainlaying shall employ a master drainlayer, registered as herein provided, <br /> as a responsible official and permit applicant. <br /> ff <br /> (CHAPTER 7 SANITARY DRAINAGE) <br /> (SECTION 703 BUILDING SEWER) <br /> 703.4 Existing building sewers and drains. When 75% of a plumbing waste system <br /> has been replaced, a licensed plumbing contractor shall submit a narrated video of the <br /> entire building drain and sewer to the Code Official in the Department of Community <br /> Development for review. If the sewer is not obstructed and is not in danger of collapse, <br /> it shall be approved for continued use. <br /> 3 <br />
