Session 1795 <br />October 21, 2000 <br /> <br />AGENDA//12 -BIKE AND WALKING TRAIL PLANS: <br /> <br />Mr. OIlendorff reported to Council that the City had applied for grants to provide for bike <br />and walking trails throughout the City. Mr. Munkel congratulated staff on their work with <br />this project. It will be a wonderful accomplishment for the City, as well as a regional one, <br />since it will tie into other trails in the region. <br /> <br />AGENDA #13 - DISCUSSION ON PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe wished to challenge the City Manager to find better ways to inform the public <br />and Council of impending projects that might affect them and their neighborhoods, such as <br />better signage and copying notices to the Council. Mr. Ollendorff accepted the challenge. <br /> <br />AGENDA #14 - SCHEDULE NEXT STUDY SESSION: <br /> <br />The Council decided to set the next study session on January 20, 2001 at 9 a.m. in the <br />City Hall second floor conference room. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 12:38 p.m. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
