Mr. Wilson further explained that the Street and Sanitation Staff will call the <br />police when there are people in restricted areas. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft asked if Street Sweeping and Trash pick-up could be on the same day instead of <br />having two different signs. Mr. Wilson advised that the Street Sweeping policy had to be <br />revised so that it would not interfere with the trash day. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hales requested to have clarification on which properties are across the <br />street. Commissioner Wofsey confirmed that they those properties are 714, 718, and 722 <br />Limit Ave. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barnes recommended that the petitioner be asked to submit a petition with <br />the property owners of the three properties directly across the street (727 Limit Ave, 733 <br />Limit Ave, 721 Limit Ave, 722 Limit Ave, 718 Limit Ave and 714 Limit Ave.). Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Tunstall, and was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />D. FY 2014 Annual Report – No vote required <br /> <br /> <br />No discussion and no changes. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Report <br /> <br />Nothing reported <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Business <br /> <br />Commissioner Wofsey reported that she did have the study session with the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. Commissioner Wofsey also reported that she spoke with Mr. <br />Wilson about when the Trinity issue would go to Council and Mr. Wilson confirmed that it <br />would go to Council on Monday, July 14, 2014. Commission Hales requested to see the <br />recommendation that is going to Council on behalf of the Traffic Commission. Mr. Wilson <br />agreed to email the recommendation to the Traffic Commission board. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wofsey reported that she sent an email to Mr. Walker and Mr. Wilson on <br />clarification on the procedure on how the Traffic Commissions recommendations go to <br />Council.
