Session 1796 October 30, 2000 would like to look into programs that would help neighbors put up better lighting, such as motion lights. They still are having trouble with youngstem throwing rocks at cars or into lawns that they pick up from the alley. They would like to see it paved, but understand it would be at the neighbors expense. She has talked with Mr. Sharpe about many of these problems. Responding to Mr. Munkel, Mr. Ollendorff said that AmerenUE does have a special fund for lighting, such as dusk to dawn lights, for qualifying neighborhoods.
