He <br />would like to talk everyone on this street to take this property off the City's hands. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams would also like to have this held over to the January meeting. He wants <br />to know what the zoning issues will be on this proposed fence, in particular, where the <br />fence line will be. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel would also like to know what basis the Public Works department came to <br />the conclusion that 10' would be enough for a walking trail. Right now, he likes the idea <br />of 15', unless there is a compelling reason for the 10'. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner intends to be able to continue a full discussion on this issue January 8th. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />1. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. <br />Sharpe, Mr. Munkel and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8505 passed and <br />became Ordinance number 6280. <br /> <br />2. A bill was introduced by Mr. Munkel, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH <br />PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS FOR THE <br />COSTS TO REPLACE A BRIDGE ON SHAFTESBURY AVENUE EAST OF <br />WILSON AVENUE. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8506. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
