A bill was introduced by Mr. Sharpe, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS SAXONY CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED AT 8631 <br />OLD BONHOMME. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8515. <br /> <br />RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION PROGRAM QUESTION: <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Ollendofff said that the bill has an opinion attached <br />to it by the City Attorney and he has two concerns and also a representative group of <br />landlords have presented some concerns that should be discussed at a study session <br />prior to the next meeting. <br /> <br />RETURNING ARTIST SERIES: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe said that Marion West, a graduate of U. City schools would be coming to U. <br />City on the evening of March 22"d at the high school. He will have a presentation on his <br />occupation as a successful animator for Walt Disney movies.
