PLAN COMMISSION Minutes December 9, 1998 The Plan Commission held its meeting in the Fourth Floor Conference Room located in City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on October 28, 1998. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. with Chairperson Solodar presiding. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent A. John Solodar, ChairpersonMickey Peniston Larry SelfSusan Glassman, Vice Chairperson Helton Reed Byron Price Jimmie Irons Staff Present : Lehman Walker, Director of Planning and Development; Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator Council Liaison Present : Robert Wagner, City Council Member Approval of Minutes Chairperson Solodar stated that the Commission would consider approval of the minutes from the October 28, 1998 meeting. Mr. Self moved for approval of the October 28, 1998 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Reed and passed by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “aye.” Hearing: Resubdivision / Condominium, 7318 Forsyth Chairperson Solodar announced that a hearing was scheduled to hear an application from Arlo Tim Hasselbring represented by Larry Wurm of James Engineering for resubdivision of the two- family dwelling at 7318 Forsyth into two condominium units. Larry Wurm, 7810 Forsyth, Suite 300, Clayton, MO 63105, appeared for the applicant. He gave an overview of the project and asked that the proposed final plat be approved. Mr. Hill gave the staff recommendation that the proposed final plat should be approved per his December 1, 1998 memo. Mr. Irons moved that the Plan Commission approve the final plat. The motion was seconded by Mr. Self and passed by a vote of 4 to 0, with all members voting “aye.”
