No Parking at Intersection Gannon and Berick

Please find attached Traffic Request Form submitted by Nancy Wisman dated May 10, 2003.

She is requesting a “NO PARKING” area around the corner on Gannon and Berick
intersection. She states that the view of traffic is blocked by parked cars at the south east corner
of this intersection.

According to Section 10.40. 020 of the Municipal Code, it is unlawful for the operator of a
vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle within 25 feet from the intersection of curb line, or if
none, then within 15 feet of the intersection of property lines at an intersection, except at alleys.

Is the recommendation of the Engineering Division to install signs displaying, “no parking from
here to corner”.

2. No Parking at Intersection Raisher and Drexel Dr.

The nature of this request is like the one above. Please find the attached Traffic Request Form
submitted by Sarah Christin dated June 4, 2003. She is requesting a sign that would eliminate
parking that blocks residents view when turning from Drexel on to Raisher.

Based on the Section 10.40. 020 of the Municipal Code, is the recommendation of the
Engineering Division to install signs displaying, “no parking from here to corner”.

3. Restrict parking during business hours on Pershing from Big Bend to first driveway,
south side.

The attached Traffic Request Form was submitted by phone from Ms. Dilschneider to the City
Manager on June 10, 2003.

She is requesting to restrict parking during business hours on Pershing from Bid Bend to first
Driveway on south side.
