Please note: This is a temporary
location change due to a scheduling conflict for the EOC room at City Hall.

Prior to the meeting, we recommend that you visit the site (s). Please call (314) 505-8568 or email
agutierrez@ucitymo.org to confirm your attendance.

AGENDA FOR THE MEETING

1. Request to turn the east end portion of Northmoor Drive from a one-way to two-way traffic.

Please find attached a traffic request form submitted on October 5, 2010 by Mr. Dan Keating, resident
at 7007 Northmoor Drive. Mr. Keating is requesting that Northmoor Drive from Big Bend Boulevard to
the western edge of the Park be returned to a two-way and that it be designated as “No Outlet”. Mr.
Keating submitted signatures of all eight (8) property owners directly affected in agreement of this
request.

Per City’s Code, Chapter 10.36.030 - One-way streets designated. Northmoor Drive traffic shall move
in a westbound direction only, from Big Bend Boulevard to the western edge of Northmoor Park.
Recently, the “Do Not Enter” and “One Way” signs were installed to be consistent and in compliance
with the City’s Code.

This segment of Northmoor Drive was designated to be a one-way to prevent vehicles to cut through
the neighborhood to access Big Bend Blvd. southbound. The No Outlet sign installation was part of
this implementation.

The Police and Fire departments were consulted and both departments are in agreement to grant this
request. Public Works recommends that Northmoor Drive be returned to a two-way traffic designated
street, with a “No Through Traffic” restriction, and “No Outlet” designation. On Northmoor Drive at Big
Bend Boulevard, a “Do Not Enter” sign should be installed to prevent exiting onto Big Bend Blvd.
southbound.

2. Petition for Residential Parking Permit on the 7600 block of Gannon Avenue.

Please find attached a Residential Parking Permit Petition submitted on October 13, 2010 by Mr.
Jeffrey Hales and Brian Burkett, residents at 7630 Gannon Avenue.
