Restrict parking on one side of Northmoor Dr, between Asbury Ave and Manhattan Ave. <br />Mr. Patterson introduced the item and asked Mr. Tung resident at 7247 Northmoor Dr, to present the <br />request to restrict parking on one side of Northmoor Dr between Asbury Ave and Manhattan Ave. <br /> <br />Mr. Tung expressed his concern about emergency vehicles inability to safely travel on Northmoor Dr. <br />Mrs. Mary Neil, resident at 7270 Northmoor Dr. explained how a tree fell down in front of her <br />property after the September 14, 2008 storm, and she specify how necessary it is to ensure the <br />streets are passable for emergencies in situations like this.
