<br />Plan Commission <br />Minutes <br />February 23, 2011 <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on February 23, 2011. The meeting commenced at <br />7:00 pm. <br />Roll Call <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br />Deidre Lewis, Vice-Chairperson Ben Halpert, Chairperson <br />Paulette Carr Lisa Greening <br />Nova Felton <br />Ben Senturia <br />Tom Byrne (entered meeting at 7:10 pm) <br />Lisa Greening (entered meeting at 7:20 pm) <br />Non-Voting Members Present <br />Stephen Kraft, Council Liaison <br />Staff Present <br />Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development <br />Zach Greatens, Planner <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Ms. Lewis stated that consideration of the minutes from the November and January meetings <br />would carry over to the March Plan Commission meeting because not enough members who <br />were present at either meeting were available to take action on the minutes from each of those <br />meetings. <br />*The November 16, 2010 meeting minutes were not able to be considered at the January 26, <br />2011 meeting because there were not enough members present to vote on the approval of the <br />minutes. <br />Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Application – 6680 Delmar Boulevard <br />The Chairperson announced that a public hearing was scheduled for a conditional use permit <br />application for 6680 Delmar Boulevard to permit a bank in the CC – Core Commercial District. <br />Mr. Roy Yoder, architect with MS Consultants, the applicant provided a brief summary of the <br />proposal. The application is for the reoccupancy of a retail store. The applicant is proposing a <br />full-service bank at this location with no drive-thru facilities. They are proposing a walk-up <br />ATM and night-deposit on the Delmar side of the building. This site is located on the southeast <br />corner of Delmar and Kingsland.
