He asked if anyone from the public was here to discuss the item. Mr.
Hassenstab, 7274 Creveling Drive, was present. The Chairperson explained that an existing lot
is in existence and the property owner does not need to seek a subdivision before the Plan
Commission. The Chairperson asked if any staff members would like to comment.
Mr. Lai stated that information was submitted by the applicant in response to the Plan
Commission members’ request at the March 23 meeting. Community Development Staff has
concluded, based on discussion with St. Louis County and the City Attorney and information
from the Title Company, that Lot 11 is an existing legal lot of record. Based on that information,
the applicant has withdrawn his application. No further action is required by the Plan
Commission. The applicant can apply for building permits but will still have to meet all Zoning
Code requirements.
tm;
E
