Session 1771 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> December 20, 1999 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall on Monday, December 20, 1999, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were <br />present: <br /> <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Mr. Wayne Munkel <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Larry Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul Schoomer <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the regular session minutes from November 22, 1999. Mr. <br />Sharpe seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved the appointment of Mr. Grant Shostak, 1060 Wilson, to CALOP for an <br />unexpired term ending September 9, 2002. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the reappointment of Mr. Larry Self to the Plan Commission for a term <br />ending January 1, 2003. Mr. Lieherman seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Ms. Meine, the City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following: <br /> <br />Mr. Raymond Creer - Traffic Commission <br /> <br />Mayor Adams thanked Mr. Creer for agreeing to serve on this important commission. He <br />said that citizen service really makes the City work. <br /> <br /> <br />
