<br />Plan Commission <br />July 23, 2014 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved 8-27-2014) <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting at the Heman Park Community Center located at <br />975 Pennsylvania Avenue, University City, Missouri on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. The meeting <br />commenced at 7:00 pm. <br />1. Approval of Minutes <br />2.a. May 28, 2014 Plan Commission meeting minutes <br />A motion was made by Mr. Ruben to approve the May 28, 2014 meeting minutes. Mr. <br />Miller noted that there seemed to be a typo on page 3, before item 8.c., with the word <br />wouldThe motion was seconded by Ms. Moran and carried <br />unanimously, with the correction on page 3. <br />3. Public Hearings <br />3.a. Conditional Use Permit 14-07340 6679 Delmar Boulevard Proposal for ground-floor <br />restaurant with frontage on Delmar Boulevard in the CC Core Commercial District <br />The applicant was Mike Randolph with Clare, LLC (DBA Publico).
