Mr. schocmer moved a__~_~ of the re~aest~ g~nt. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Mrs. Tncn~pson thoroughly agreed and said the entire c~m.~ttee should be C.~u. LU.L,eru~ed. Mr. Wagner also agreed, noting that he felt the C~L~ittee's req,~-~t for funds was more than reasonable. Mayor Majerus noted_ the presence of three c~,L.~ttee volunteers, and she intro- duced Ma. Susan Hopper, Ms. Mary Ann Shaw, and Ms. Jen Jensen. Et~ON OF CC~Di~I~/ONAL USE m~fUf - 7360 FORSYTH ~he City Manager rec~m~_nded an extension for the A~DfD conditional use permit to allow adequate time to make necessary arrangements for the previously ap- proved oonstruction. He also rec~_nded authorizing the C~,~any to utilize a portion of the Forsyth right-of-way south of the sidewalk for landscape in- s~]lation and mintenance, conditioned only on approval of the landscape plan by city staff. If the landscaping is acceptable to the C~ny, construction of a retaining wall would be acceptable to the City, ha said. Mr. ~ms moved approval, with Mr. Schocmer seconding the motion. Ail voted Aye. SIT": PIAN - 7477 DELMAR BOUIAVARD The City Manager reo~,m~_nded approval of a site plan for office use at 7477 Delmar by t_he Ecumenical Housing Pro~_ction Corporation, subject to a condi- tion prohibiting storage of building materials or equipment on the premises. Mr. Scb~Dc~er moved approval. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Mr. Ollendorff and Mayor Majerus welcomed this respected organi- zation to the 6665 ~ne city Manager rec~Lu,er~ approval of a site plan amendment for Watterson College, 6665 Delmar, to allow a receptionist desk on the ground floor near the entrance l__nbhy, and a single Watterson college sign on the granite panels O~ the front of the building.
