Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Sch~an noe_~ that this project is talked abo~t and admired everywhere in <br />the City, and she than~ the cu, u~.~tt~e for its hard work and the beauty it <br />has a~_a~_~ to the City. He also rec~_nded authorizing the C~,~any to utilize a <br />portion of the Forsyth right-of-way south of the sidewalk for landscape in- <br />s~]lation and mintenance, conditioned only on approval of the landscape plan <br />by city staff. If the landscaping is acceptable to the C~ny, construction <br />of a retaining wall would be acceptable to the City, ha said. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ms moved approval, with Mr. Schocmer seconding the motion. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously.
