Council can then decide on the wisdem of instituting another cate- <br />gory of licensing. She asked Mr. Ollendorff to direct this to the City Attor- <br />ney, and said it would be resolved in as timely a manner as possible. She <br />noted that the representatives had raised many valid points which must be <br />cl~ed up because a similar situation was very likely to arise again. <br /> <br />Mr. McMillan said he believed the prospective buyer~ would find it reasormble <br />to pay the merchants' wzuss receipts tax on their earned c~,u,,i.~iors, eu')d he <br />believed that is what the license application specifies. No signs of any type shall be permitted which are visible f=~,, Olive <br /> Boulevard. <br />2. A landscaping plan for the ar~a east of the building ~hall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Director for review and approval, and landscaping shall be <br /> installed and maintained in accordance with such approved plan. <br />3. No building additions or site improvements including playgrounds, playing <br /> fields or fencing shall be installed without the approval of the city <br /> Council under an amended site p~an. <br />4. Ail food service, preparation, and storage areas shall be open to the in- <br /> spection of a University City Director of Health, the St. Louis County De- <br /> partment of Health, and their ~,~loyeas. <br />5. Nursery schools and child day care facilities shall meet all the require- <br /> <br /> <br />
