Four <br />vendors were invited to bid. 96,640 was budgeted for these purchases. The <br />responses are as follows: <br /> <br />Supreme Turf Products <br />BWI Springfield <br />Outdoor Equipment <br />Professional Turf <br /> <br />97,084.00 <br /> 96,362.80 <br /> 93,183.00(1 no bid) <br /> 93,215.00(1 no bid) <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends the award be split between the vendors who were low <br />on the items bid. Supreme Turf for 93,300 and BWI for 93002.80. <br /> <br /># 3 - Pool Chemicals: Request for Quotations were sent to four pool supply <br />companies to provide annual chemicals for the upcoming pool season. Three <br />quotations were received. The tabulations are as follows: <br /> <br />Preferred Pool <br />Westport Pools <br />*Sunset Aquatech <br /> <br />96,763.60 <br />96,743.60 <br />99,269.95 <br /> <br />*Female owned company <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends splitting the award to each of the three vendors for <br />each of the items in which they were low bidder. The awards would be Sunset <br />Aquatech - 91,190.00, Preferred Pool Care 9214.50, and Westport Pools - <br />94,865.20. <br /> <br /># 4 - Parking Meter Mechanisms: New parking meter mechanisms are required for <br />92 parking meters. The only bid is as follows: <br /> <br />Duncan 95,301.96 <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends awarding to Duncan for their bid of 95,301.96. <br /> <br /> <br />
