Session 1714, Minutes <br />January 26, 1998 <br /> <br />Mayor Adams noted the personnel report for the week ending January 23, 1998, <br />and ordered it filed. <br /> <br />CITY CLERK'S DOCKET: <br /> <br />BILL FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING: <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8363 - CONSENTING TO THE ABROGATION AND RELEASE OF CERTAIN <br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS CONTAINED IN A DEED TO 8390 DELMAR <br />BOULEVARD IN UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, WHICH LIMIT THE PROPERTY USE <br />TO OFFICES OF DENTISTS, DOCTORS, OPTOMETRISTS, DRUG STORES <br />(WITHOUT A SODA FOUNTAIN), STOREROOMS FOR OPTICAL GOODS, OFF- <br />STREET PARKING, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS, OR RESIDENTIAL OR <br />GENERAL OFFICE PURPOSES. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved adoption.
