Mr. Lieberman seconded the motion.

Responding to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Ollendorff explained that what had happened is that
different property owners have changed their minds about having this restriction in front
of their residences. At first, we ~vent half the block and then others wanted to be added,
so we went up to Williams, and now the last few want to be removed from the restricted
areas.

The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr.
Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number
8532 passed and became Ordinance number 6308.

EMERGENCY BILL:

Mr. Ollendorff said that on bill number one, under introductions, Council has before
them a subsitute bill. The correct bill is the one that does have an emergency clause.
The change is due to the applicant, having met all of our requirements and agreeing to
pay all fees, wishing to proceed with construction immediately, so to start servicing their
customers.

Mr. Munkel said that Council should support this bill, so that we can possibly beat the
signing of SB 369.

13
