The Centennial Greenway will follow City of St. Louis Water and Ameren rights-of-way for over two miles from I-270 to Fee Fee Road. As the alignment continues west, rest areas and native <br />landscape materials will be implemented at appropriate locations to screen and buffer adjacent uses. Existing small bridges over creek channels may be used but will be improved to better <br />As the Centennial Greenway approaches Fee Fee Road, secondary connections should be developed to link to Parkway North High School. It will pass under Fee Fee Road by passing through <br />one of two box culverts in the creek channel, following the City of St. Louis Water right-of-way and reconnect with the Ameren corridor. A low wall should be included of an appropriate <br />height to separate trail from river channel during minor storm events while allowing larger storm flows in both culverts. The design of the Centennial Greenway through the culvert and <br />near the creek will require coordination and approval from the Corps of Engineers, Metropolitan St. <br />Louis Sewer District and St. Louis County. <br />accommodate pedestrian movement. <br /> <br />
