Session 1820 <br />September 19, 2001 <br /> <br />IN SECTION 8.28.020 A NEW SUBSECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "PM-112.7 <br />RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY;" THEREBY AMENDING SUBSECTION <br />PM-112.4.2 SO AS TO SHORTEN FROM NINETY (90) DAYS TO SIXTY (60) <br />DAYS THE PERIOD IN WHICH PREMISES SHOULD BE BROUGHT INTO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE UNDER A CONDITIONAL PERMIT, ADDING <br />A NEW SUBSECTION ON OCCUPANCY PERMITS FOR RESIDENTIAL <br />RENTAL PROPERTY AND PROVIDING A DEFINITION THEREFOR; <br />CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />This bill was postponed. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8555 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.16 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.16.320 <br />THEREOF, RELATING TO DRIVING WITH EXCESSIVE BLOOD ALCOHOL <br />CONTENT, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION NAMED <br />THE SAME, THEREBY AMENDING SECTION TO LOWER THE PROHIBITED <br />CONTENT FROM TEN-PERCENT; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved adoption. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The roll call vote <br />was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. <br />Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8555 passed and became <br />ordinance number 6330. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8556 - AMENDING CHAPTER 9.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND DECENCY, BY <br />ENACTING THEREIN A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS 9.08.015 ELDER <br />ABUSE IN THE THIRD DEGREE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption.
