Session 1820 <br />September 19, 2001 <br /> <br />Schoomer and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8559 passed and became <br />ordinance number 6334. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8560 - AMENDING CHAPTER 1.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS, BY REPEALING SECTION 1.08.020 <br />THEREOF RELATING TO WARDS, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE <br />KNOWN AS SECTION 1.08.020 WARDS, THEREBY AMENDING SAID <br />SECTION SO AS TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY'S THREE <br />WARDS. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The roll call vote was <br />as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe <br />and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8559 passed and became ordinance <br />number 6335. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8561 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS BY <br />REPEALING SECTION 10.44.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING <br />PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND <br />ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SAME, <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO REMOVE THE <br />PROHIBITION ON PARKING DURING DESIGNATED HOURS ON <br />STRATFORD AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption.
