BILL NO. 8560 - AMENDING CHAPTER 1.08 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS, BY REPEALING SECTION 1.08.020 THEREOF RELATING TO WARDS, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 1.08.020 WARDS, THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO CHANGE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY'S THREE WARDS. BILL NO. 8561 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS BY REPEALING SECTION 10.44.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SAME, THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION ON PARKING DURING DESIGNATED HOURS ON STRATFORD AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
