The roll call vote <br />was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. Bill number 8571 passed and became <br />Ordinance 6345. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8572 - GRANTING, SELLING AND CONVEYING A PARCEL OF <br />LAND AT 7015 DARTMOUTH AVENUE TO ROBERT W. NEVINGER. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved adoption. Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Schoomer, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt and Mayor Adams. Bill number 8572 <br />passed unanimously and became ordinance number 6346. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8573 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING <br />GENERALLY, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.40.030 THEREOF, RELATING TO <br />RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT PLAN, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF <br />A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.40.030 RESIDENTIAL <br />PARKING PERMIT PLAN," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO <br />INCREASE THE DAILY NUMBER OF HOURS THAT PARKING IS <br />RESTRICTED TO THE RESIDENTS FROM SIX TO EIGHT; CONTAINING A <br />SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption.
