Session 1836 <br />April 8, 2002 <br /> <br />seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved the appointment of Rosalyn Borg, 7820 Cornell, to the Plan <br />Commission for a term ending January 1,2005. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA #1 - CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />#1- Picnic Liquor License - Our Lady of Lourdes: Mr. Ollendorff requests Council <br />confirmation of the issuance of a picnic liquor license for April 20, 2002, to sell beer and <br />wine at Our Lady of Lourdes, 7148 Forsyth. These events have been approved in the <br />past by City Council. <br /> <br />#2- Vacate Property at 7344 Northmooc Mr. Ollendorff recommends setting a public <br />hearing for 7:30 p.m. in these Council Chambers on May 6, to hear comments on the <br />proposed vacating of street right-of-way going south from Northmoor Drive between <br />7340 and 7344 Northmoor dead-ending at our city limits. There is no apparent public <br />need for this right-of-way, which currently serves as a shared driveway for the two <br />adjacent residences. <br /> <br />#3 - Three Pickup Trucks: Bids for providing three Chevrolet trucks have been <br />received.
