Ms. Colquitt moved approval. Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MAYOR / SCHOOL BOARD PRESIDENT COMMITTEE FOR THE FUTURE OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams noted that he and the School Board President, Rory Ellinger were <br />reviving the Mayor/School Board President Committee. Two members of the City <br />Council, Shelley Welsch and Robert Wagner have been selected to serve and Mr. <br />Wagner will be the co-chair of the commission. He hopes that this group is able to <br />come up with innovative concepts to bring the City forward. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS: <br /> <br />AGENDA #1 - CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />#1- Charitable Solicitation Permit: The U. City Fire Dept. requests permission for their <br />annual "Fill the Helmet Day" to be held at the Schnucks store from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 <br />p.m. Saturday and Sunday May 4-5. The proceeds aid the Burns Recovery Support <br />Group. <br /> <br />#2 - Wood Waste Grinder..
