The most significant revision relates to the ownership of a green house, <br />a non-permanent structure, that is planned to be purchased and placed adjacent to the <br />home. The Green Center would retain ownership of the structure and in the event the Lease <br />is terminated, have the right to remove it. The other amendments attempt to clarify the <br />existing relationship between the City and the Green Center as it relates to maintenance of <br />the grounds; gives additional time to the Green Center to make decisions about whether to <br />rebuild the main house in the event of destruction; and makes changes to the contact <br />information. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval <br />H-5-a <br />September 24, 2007 <br /> <br />
