PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> <br /> <br />Sutter – Meyer Farmhouse Project <br />Property/Project Name: <br /> <br />Project Cost: <br />Federal: $ 5,314.00 NonFederal: $ 3,855.00 Total Cost: $ 9,169.00 <br /> <br />Proposed Work Summary: <br /> <br />The purpose of the Sutter-Meyer Society Planning/Outreach Proposal is to begin work <br />on a long-term strategic plan for the renovation and maintenance of the historic <br />Sutter-Meyer farmhouse located in University City, Missouri. The Sutter-Meyer <br />Society (SMS) will work with the Missouri Humanities Council on a strategic and <br />interpretive planning charette, a first step towards the development of a long-term <br />strategic plan. In addition, the SMS will design, produce and mail a brochure to all <br />16,000 homes and businesses in University City.
