Ms. Welsch seconded the motion. The roll call vote was <br />as follows: AYES: Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Lieberman <br />and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8598 passed and became Ordinance <br />6369. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked if we would have to come up with an ordinance also for Delmar <br />when the County takes action. Mr. Ollendorff replied that we would. He continued <br />saying that under the parking ordinances, he or the Public Works Director has the <br />authority to make sixty day orders. We will probably order an appropriate sixty day <br />order to do all of the resigning and then right a bill to be introduced.
