Session 1845 <br />July 1,2002 <br /> <br />SIDE OF BARTMER AT SUTTER AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE <br />AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved adoption. Ms. Welsch seconded the motion. The roll call vote was <br />as follows: AYES: Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Lieberman <br />and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none. Bill number 8598 passed and became Ordinance <br />6369. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked if we would have to come up with an ordinance also for Delmar <br />when the County takes action. Mr. Ollendorff replied that we would. He continued <br />saying that under the parking ordinances, he or the Public Works Director has the <br />authority to make sixty day orders. We will probably order an appropriate sixty day <br />order to do all of the resigning and then right a bill to be introduced. It will be after the <br />fact, but the Council will get the final word. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8599 - VACATING AND SURRENDERING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />BETWEEN 7340 AND 7344 NORTHMOOR DRIVE IN THE NORTHMOOR <br />PARK SUBDIVISION, BUT RESERVING ANY PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, <br />AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE RECORDER OF DEES OF ST.
