ADULT THEATER OR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT CABARET," "ADULT ENTERTAINMENT STUDIO" AND "SEXUALLY ORIENTED MATERIAL", AND BY AMENDING ARTICLE 5 THEROF, RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, SO AS TO ADD DIVISION 34-67, ESTABLISHING ADULT BUSINESS REGULATIONS, CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF. A bill was introduced by Mr. Wagner, entitled: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT OF WEST DRIVE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT WORK; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY SUCH CONTRACT AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. Mr. Wagner asked about the two residents, from the public hearing regarding this issue, who wished to be excluded from this project. Mr. Ollendorff excluded those two residences from the project.
