Mr. Ollendorff recommended exercising the <br />option for the second year of subject contract for the period September 1,2002 thru <br />September 1,2003. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA #2 - LIQUOR LICENSE - 6714 OLIVE BLVD.: <br /> <br />The new owner of Molly O'Ryan's has applied for a license to sell all types of <br />intoxicating beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises in conjunction with <br />the food service. It appears that all ordinance requirements are met. There have not <br />been an unusual number of police calls at these premises in recent years. The <br />applicant appears to have a clear record for the past ten years. The City Council may <br />therefore approve this application. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved approval. Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. Ollendorff said that this was strictly a transfer. Mr. <br />Ollendorff said that he would check, but he does not believe that there has been any <br />lapse in this license, but he will check on it tomorrow and let Mr. Lieberman know if he is <br />wrong. <br /> <br />The motion to approve carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA #3 - LIQUOR LICENSE - 8224 OLIVE BLVD.: <br /> <br /> <br />
