Pace Construction $609,500.00 <br />6. KCI $655,983.00 <br />The City budgeted for FY07-08 an estimated total cost of $510,000.00 as follows: <br />$102,000.00 – City match (Public Works) and $408,000.00 – Federal Grant. <br />The total cost at this time is $499,000.60 (Construction $436,500.60 and <br />Inspection $62,500.00). The City is responsible for 20% of the total costs (or <br />$99,800.12) with MODOT responsible for the remaining. <br />RV Wagner is the lowest bidder and they have experience working with the City <br />and MoDOT. They built Groby Bridge in 2005 and Julian Bridge in 2003. The <br />Disadvantage Business participation required for this project is 10%. <br />The inspection will be performed by Horner & Shifrin per executed agreement <br />dated June 20, 2003. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approval <br /> <br />
