<br />relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting in <br />lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop intersections – <br />vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said section so as for traffic to <br /> <br />stop on Warder Ave. at Lafon Place; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Wagner. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote: <br />Ayes: Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot and <br /> Mayor Adams. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Bill 8972 passed and became ordinance 6725. <br /> <br />6. BILL 8973 <br /> — An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.020 <br />thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.020 parking <br />prohibited on certain streets during designated hours,” thereby amending said section so <br />as to prohibit parking on the south side of Gannon Ave, from North and South Rd to the <br />west for a distance of 200 feet from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote: <br />Ayes: Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert and <br /> Mayor Adams. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> Bill 8973 was passed with a majority and became ordinance 6726. <br /> <br />7. BILL 8974 — <br />An ordinance approving a settlement agreement with U.S. Cellular. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Wagner. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote: <br />Ayes: Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Price and <br /> Mayor Adams. <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Bill 8974 was passed with a majority and became ordinance 6727. <br /> <br /> <br />K. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTION 2008 – 1 Washington University’s Future Development along Pershing <br />Ave. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner clarified what the driving force was for the resolution. He stated that it had <br />become apparent that Washington University wanted to expand Millbrook Plaza into the <br /> <br />
