The following quote was received. Copying Concepts ............ $13,887.00 Since Copying Concepts has provided both copiers and maintenance service at a competitive price in the past, he recommended awarding the bid to them. 3) Sidewalks and Curbs at Various Locations Mr. Ollendorff reported the tabulation of bid proposals for the above named project: 1. Midwest Mudjacking & Construction Co., Inc ..... $454,354.80 2. Amcon Municipal Concrete, LLC ............. $476,439.00 3. R.V. Wagner, Inc ........................ $611,986.25 4. Engineers Estimate ...................... $432,104.00 He recommended awarding the project to Midwest Mudjacking & Construction Co., Inc. for their Iow bid of $454,354.80. 4) Picnic Beer License-6314 Delmar Blvd. The City Manager recommended that Council approve a picnic license for University City Residential Service to sell beer at a special event adjacent to the Tivoli Theatre on Sunday, June 8, 2003. 5) Liquor License Sunday Sales-6665 Olive Blvd. He also recommended approval for a liquor license for Sunday sales of all types of alcoholic beverages at retail by the drink for the Addis Restaurant. He noted that Council recently approved their full liquor license; the applicant recently submitted an application for Sunday sales that had to be approved separately. Page 3
