Mr. Moton recommended acceptance of the Iow bid from Downing Sales for <br />$268,936.00. <br /> <br />4) 700-95 or 96 .qallon carts Bids were received for the purchase of the above items. <br />$28,350 was budgeted for the requirement. Five companies were invited to submit <br />bids. Mr. Moton recommends the bid be awarded to Rehrig Pacific for the Iow <br />bid meeting our specifications of $28,100.00. <br /> <br />5) 2004 City Council Meetinq Schedule <br /> <br />Below is the recommended schedule for next years' Council meetings and budget <br />studies. <br /> <br />January 5 & 26 <br />February 9 & 23 <br />March 15 & 29 <br />April 19 <br />May 3 & 17 <br />June 7 & 21 <br />July 12 & 26 <br />August 16 <br />September 13 & 27 <br />October 11 <br />November 1 & 15 <br />December 6 & 20 <br /> <br />Budqet Studies: <br />Monday, May 10 <br />Wednesday, May 12 <br /> <br />Mr. Moton said adoption is needed at this time for inclusion in the 2004 Calendar and for <br />other publicity. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to approve the Consent Calendar.
