<br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br />3. Bill 8993 - An ordinance fixing the compensation to be paid to the Fire Captains and <br />Firefighters as enumerated herein from and after June 25, 2008, and repealing <br />Ordinance No. 6692. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Wagner <br />4. Bill 8994 – An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />University City, Missouri, relating to zoning districts established pursuant to Section <br />34-22 thereof, and enacting in lieu thereof a new official zoning map, thereby <br />amending said map so as to change the classification of property of the portion of <br />the lot as follows that is located within the City Limits of University City at 7384 <br />Forsyth (a.k.a. 7440 Forsyth) from “GC” – General Commercial District, to “PD-M”- <br />Planned Development – Mixed Use district; containing a savings clause and <br />providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Glickert <br />5. Bill 8995 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions on specific streets, by repealing Secion <br />10.44.040 thereof, relating to one-hour parking zones, and enacting in lieu thereof <br />a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.040 One-hour Parking Zones,” <br />thereby amending said section so as to remove Forsyth Blvd. the north side <br />thereof, from the east line of Lindell Blvd. to a point sixty (60) feet east thereof, <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br />6. Bill 8996 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing section <br />10.44.020 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets during <br />designated hours., and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as <br />“section 10.44.020 parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours,” <br />thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking on the north side of <br />Forsyth Blvd, thereof from the east line of Lindell Blvd to a point 22 feet east <br />between the hours of nine am and six pm and from a point 173 ft of the west line of <br />Lindell Blvd to a point 46 ft to the west thereof, between the hours of 8 am to 4 pm <br />on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays just allowing <br />parking for 15 minutes for delivery zone; containing a saving clause and providing <br />a penalty. <br /> <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Crow <br /> <br />7. Bill 8997 – A n ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to two-hour parking zones., and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as “Section 10.44.030 two-hour parking zones.,” thereby <br />amending said section so as to restrict parking to a period of time of two hours in <br />Forsyth Blvd on the north side on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday <br />and holidays between 9 am and 6 pm thereof from a point 22 ft of the east line of <br />Lindell Blvd to a point 36 ft east thereof; and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 <br />p.m. thereof from a point 75 ft of the west line of Lindell Blvd to a point 98 ft to the <br />west. Also amending Lindell Blvd on the west side thereof between the hours of 9 <br />am and 6 pm from Tuesday to Saturday from a point 120 ft of the north line of <br /> <br />
