CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />Darcelle Caldwell, 8011 Briar Ct. <br />Ms. Caldwell thanked the Councilmembers who put the extra effort in working with <br />the flood victims. She also thanked State Representative Ms. Chappelle-Nadal for <br />everthing she did in assisting the flood victims. Ms. Caldwell also said there are <br />flood victims willing to help in a fund raising event to aide the flood victims to afford <br />to replace the necessities they lost in the flood. She also asked if all the other flood <br />victims could receive the letter the City was to send to MSD about not receiving the <br />requested material from MSD by their deadline. Ms. Caldwell asked about the <br />possibility of taking legal action against MSD. <br /> <br /> <br />M. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Wagner informed the Council about an issue that came before the Traffic <br />Commission. The issue was parking on both sides of the street on narrow parts of <br />Northmoor Drive. The City’s fire truck could not get through and the trash trucks can <br />barely get through.
