The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor <br />Adams; NAYS: none. Bill 8713 passed and became Ordinance Number 6481. <br /> <br />BILL 8714 -AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE CITY CODE, RELATING TO <br />ZONING, BY REPEALING SECTION 34-61.1 THEREOF RELATING TO FENCE <br />HEIGHT, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN <br />AS "SECTION 34-61.1," TO ALLOW AN EXCEPTION FOR POST HEIGHT; <br />CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PEANLTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved adoption, and Mr. Sharpe seconded. Mr. Wagner introduced Bill 8715, which was read for the first time: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN CITY <br />OFFICIALS FOR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THEM IN OPERATING THEIR <br />OWN AUTOMOBILES IN TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS FOR THE CITY, <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6368. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Sharpe introduced Bill 8716, which was read for the first time: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO CITY <br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AS ENUMERATED HEREIN FROM AND AFTER <br />JUNE 30, WOOR, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 6429 AND 6454. <br /> <br />3.
