Mr. <br />Ollendorff said that it would. It will give resident's rate information immediately. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval. City In BIoom's planting proposal of $12,310 and Petersen <br />Manufacturing's bid of $38,064 for 24" high planters. The lower bid is for 22" height <br />which meets our specifications however the taller planter is recommended by U. City In <br />Bloom. Eighty percent of the cost is paid from the Delmar Enhancement Grant. The <br />local share will be paid by U. City and the Loop Special Business District. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval.
