Councilman Lieberman moved that Bill No. 6619 As Amended be adopted as an ordinance. Motion seconded by Councilman Epstein. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYES: Councilmen Lieberman, Grimm, I~erner, Epstein, Glickert and Mayor I~aufman. I~AYS: i~one. ABSENT: Councilman Woods. The motion therefore carried and ~ill Mo. 6619 As Amended was adopted as Ordinance No. 4514. BILL NO. 6620 (AS A.MEI~DgD) - AMENDING C~PTER 18 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO LICENSES AI,~ BUSINESS REGULATIOMS (GAS COMPANIES).:__ At this juncture, Councilman Werner said before the Council considers 'this bill, he would like to state that he is involved in a law suit involving the Laclede Gas Company at the present time, and although it has nothing whatsoever to do with this bill he would like to be excused during dis- cussion and voting on this bill. Permission was granted by the Chair and Councilman Werner was excused, lie left the Council Chamber. Councilman Lieberman moved that Bill No. 6620 be amended by deleting the word ':July" in the title of the bill and in Section 3, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "August." Motion seconded by Councilman Grimm and unanimously carried. Bill No. 6620 As Amended was given its second reading. Bill No. 6620 As Amended was given its third reading. Councilman Lieberman moved that Bill No. 6620 As Amended be adopted as an ordinance. Motion seconded by Councilman Grimm. BILL NO. 6621 (AS AMEt~S])) - AME}IOING CHAPTER I8 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO LICENSES AMD BUSINESS REGULATIONS (TELEPIIOME AND TELEGRAPfl CO~PANIES): As this bill was about to be considered, Councilman Werner returned to the Council Chamber. Councilman Lieberman moved that Bill No. 6621 be amended by deleting the word :'July" in the title of the bill and in Section 3, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "August." Motion seconded by Councilman Grimm and unanimously carried. Bill No, 6621 As Amended was given its second reading. Bill No. 6621 As Amended was given its third reading.
