Regular Session 1941 <br />December 6, 2004 <br /> <br />OF TEN FOOT WIDE WALKWAY LOCATED ADJACENT TO BLOCK 6 AND <br />BLOCK 1 OF THE ROTH GROVE SUBDIVIDISON AND EXTENDING <br />NORTHWARD FROM OLIVE BOULEVARD TO BARTMER AVENUE <br />RESERVING ANY PUBLIC EASEMENTS AND DIRECTING THAT THE <br />OFDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF <br />DEEDS OF SAINT LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. <br /> <br />This Bill was read for the second time. <br />This Bill was read for the third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved approval and Ms. Welsch seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Ms. <br />Brungardt and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill Number 8750 passed <br />unanimously and became Ordinance Number 6519. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION: <br /> <br />1. Ms. Colquitt introduced Bill Number 8751: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE MICRO-SURFACING JOING PROJECT BETWEEN <br />THE City OF UNIVERSITY CITY, THE CITY OF PAGEDALE AND THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION. <br /> <br />The Bill was read for the first time. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Sharpe introduced Bill Number 8752: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE MCIRO-SURFACING JOINT PROJECT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, THE CITY OF CLAYTON AND THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION. <br /> <br />The Bill was read for the first time. <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt mentioned a stabbing which occurred at Harley's Restaurant the previous <br />Friday and asked for police reports over the last six months in respect of this incident to <br />ensure that capacity limits for the building for Friday and Saturday nights were <br />observed. She also mentioned an assault which took place on Bartmer Avenue on <br />Friday night, and asked for a police report for that incident, too. <br /> <br />Ms. Brungardt said that she had a few comments for the record about the Police <br />Department. She mentioned a letter received which complemented Chief Payne, and <br />she, herself, complimented Captain Michael Ransom for work on a Coat Drive for the <br /> Page 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
