Study Session 1944 <br />January 10, 2005 <br /> <br />The Bill was read for the third time. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption and Mr. Wagner seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. <br />Sharpe and Mayor Adams; NAYS: none. Bill Number 8751 passed unanimously and <br />became Ordinance Number 6520. <br /> <br />2. BILL NO. 8752 - APPROVING THE MICRO-SURFACING JOINT PROJECT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, THE CITY OF CLAYTON AND THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION. <br /> <br />The Bill was read for the second time. <br />The Bill was read for the third time. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner move adoption and Ms. Colquitt seconded. The roll call vote was as <br />follows: AYES: Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. <br />Colquitt and Mayor Adams; NAYS; none. Bill Number 8752 passed unanimously and <br />became Ordinance Number 6521. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff asked to comment upon the two bills just passed. He said they are <br />significant because they enable the staff to seek cooperative ventures with neighboring <br />communities. This improves all communities involved and saves each participant <br />money. <br /> <br />3. BILL NO. 8753 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34-22, ENACTING A NEW ZONING <br />MAP, AMENDING SAID MAP SO AS TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF <br />PROPERTY AT 965 MIDLAND FROM "SR" - SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO <br />"PD-R" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RESIDENTIAL, AND PROPERTY AT 7201 <br />BALSON FROM "LC"- LIMITED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "PD-R" - PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT - RESIDENTIAL; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The Bill was read for the second time. <br />The Bill was read for the third time. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved adoption and Ms. Brot seconded. The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt and <br />Mayor Adams; NAYS; none. Bill Number 8753 passed unanimously and became <br />Ordinance Number 6522. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch reported a call from a constituent, Claudia Nunn, asking about the Council's <br />action on this Bill and Ms. Welsch said that she misinformed her, thinking the Council <br />had all ready taken action on this Bill.
