CITIZEN CXM>IDm3 Mr. Ivory L. Robins, 7320 Darbnouth, said he was a harrlicapped veteran ani was upset because of receiving tickets for parking his truck on the street on SUndays ani at night. Mayor Majen1S said the law prohibiting this type of parking has been in effect many years, but council is again studying this is- sue to detennine whether changes should be made. Mr. Robins said he had han- dicapped plates on his truck curl felt he should be allowed to park on the street at any ti1ne because of his health. Mr. Ollendorff said he has written Mr. Robins several times explaining the law, but the mail was returned as ''Unacceptedll or ''Undeliverable.1I Mayor Majerus asked Mr. Robins to accept mail from City Hall in the future, ani said the City Manager will get in touch with him whenever there is something to report on this matter.
