Mr. Adams seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - RESTAURANT/7701 OLIVE BXJI.EVARD <br /> <br />The city Manager said the Plan commission reccmunerXis approval of a con:tition- <br />al use pennit for a carry-out an:l catering restaurant at 7701 Olive, subject <br />to the follCMing conditions: <br /> <br />1. Signs on the premises shall confonn in all respects with the provisions <br />of the University city Sign Code. <br />2. A detailed landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Director of Plan- <br />ning for his review an:l approval. landscaping shall be installed an:l <br />maintained in accordance with the approved plan. <br />3. The operator of the restaurant shall regularly police the site ani the <br />area adjacent to the restaurant to renove litter an:l debris. <br />4. Trash containers for patron use shall be available on the premises at all <br />times. <br />5. Adequate refuse disposal shall be provided by an:l for the business. <br />6. An exhaust system shall be installed arrljor other means shall be taken to <br />prevent any food preparation or cooking odors from being perceptible be- <br />yond the lot lines of the property on which the restaurant is located. <br />7. Can:y-out restaurant operations shall be limited to the hours between <br />6:00 a.m. an:l 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved approval with all conditions. Mr. Adams seconded. the motion. <br /> <br />The applicant, Ms. Paula Brown, 8225 Brenner; came fonrcrrd. She said all the <br />conditions were acceptable.
