Mr. Al An- <br />ders, representing the operator, Mr. Hiroshi Saki, said there was an entrance <br />on Delmar, am another on Westgate. <br /> <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br /><X>NDITIONAL USE AMENIJmn' - 6655 DElMAR BLVD. <br /> <br />'!he City Manager recommerrled approval of an amerrlment to the c::orxtitional use <br />pennit for the st. Louis Bread Conpmy to allOW' expansion of their area by 96 <br />square feet, subject to the follOW'ing con:titions: <br /> <br />1. Hours of operation shall be limited to those after 7 a.m. am before 11 <br />p.m. <br />2. '!he total space devoted to the preparation, storage am sales related to <br />carry-out restaurant uses, exclusive of patron seating areas, shall be <br />limited to units G, H, am I (756 sq. ft.), units A am B (400 sq. ft.), <br />unit K (200 sq. ft.) am unit L (210 sq. ft.). <br />3. A sufficient number of trash containers shall be provided in the canunon <br />areas of the market, both indoors am outdoors, to meet the needs of dis- <br />posing of containers, plates, cups, napkins, etc. from carry-out food <br />verrlors . <br />4. Portable outdoor furniture owned by the operator, if any, shall be re- <br />noved am suitably stored whenever the market is closed. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schuman noved approval with all c::orxtitions.
